Amy Desvaux

Image of Amy Desvaux

Regional Administrator

After spending all her life in the top half of the North Island, Amy moved down to Dunedin in November 2021 and instantly fell in love with the land and people. Amy has worked in various volunteer roles from working with both horses and children at the New Zealand Riding for Disabled Association (RDA), to writing and delivering programs on various wellbeing topics for teens.

As a lover of all things admin, organisation (and colour coded lists!) Amy is a valued and key member of the Volunteer South team, and she loves empowering others to do what they do best.

When she’s not at Volunteer South, or working on her Masters degree in Psychology, Amy enjoys heading out to the mountains with her husband, or a long walk on the beach with a coffee.
