Transport World (491 Tay Street) offers the chance to view two expansive private collections in superb surroundings, with a huge range of automotive and motorcycle history. Bill Richardson was a loving family man, a successful businessman and an avid truck collector. During his lifetime he amassed a private collection of over 150 trucks, 100 plus vintage petrol pumps with associated transport related memorabilia. Since his death the collection has diversified even further with 300 vehicles, 200 plus vintage petrol pumps and various other collections now on display for the public. all now on display for the public. In 2016 Classic Motorcycle Mecca opened (25 Tay Street) also. There are around 300 classic motorcycles on display an extensive international motorcycle themed artwork collection and Meccaspresso Cafe.
