Youth and Volunteer Leadership for Volunteer-Involving Organisations

Youth volunteering is on the rise like never before and how we support youth volunteers can sometimes be quite different from how we support other volunteers. This informal, peer sharing networking workshop (online) will give volunteer managers ideas and tips for increasing youth in your volunteer programme, and especially, how to get them to step up and stay with your organisation for the long-term.

With guest speakers, Archie Dunn (2021 joint winner of the Youth Leader Award at the SBS Bank Dunedin Volunteer Awards) and Sze-En Watts (Manager of Social Impact Studio at the University of Otago), this Leaders of Volunteers is focused on hearing from rangatahi and those who work with them.
