Ramp Assistant In Adaptive Sport

We are looking for a person to assist a man in his 50s to practice and compete in his sport. The man has cerebral palsy and plays Boccia and adaptive form of bowls for people with physical disability. This would involve assisting him on Wednesday evenings for about 2 hours for practice session and the odd tournament throughout the year.


  • A friendly considerate person who is a good listener and wants to have some fun
  • Casual tidy dress
  • Full introduction and background information provided
  • Teaching from an expert in the game and previous volunteer
  • The volunteer must be genuine, punctual and reliable
  • Interviews will be conducted and police vetting will be undertaken.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment

Wednesday nights from 5 - 7pm and tournaments
