We're a small not-for-profit organisation providing affordable rental accommodation to 10 independent elderly people at our house in Wakari, Dunedin. You could work alongside our existing treasurer with a view to taking over the whole role.

The role involves setting up the bills to pay via internet banking, keeping records on Xero, providing monthly reports of our committee, and monitoring our budget and spending. It's a friendly group to work with and we have monthly committee meetings. There is scope to work on grant applications and we could provide some training.

Requirements

Knowledge of Xero, ability to work with other people, and enthusiasm for a good cause

A Police background check is required for this role.
