Volunteer South has been active on social media and in increasing its visibility across the Southern region and we're now on the hunt for another Superstar to join our team! This role is part of our continued commitment for volunteering to employment pathways so if you're wanting to upskill in social media and gain some real world experience - now's your opportunity!
The social media superstars are tasked with regularly updating content on the website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn, keeping information up-to-date, and mediating public participation in web content. The larger objective is based around increased visibility and awareness of the organisation across the Southern region of Aotearoa New Zealand.
You will be working with one of our existing team members, and there may be more than one opportunities available to be a part of them depending on the skills of those who want to join. This role would suit someone looking to make this a job in the future, but not necessary.

This is variable as we are able to schedule and pre-plan but the timing is approximately 2-4 hours per week. Currently, every fortnight, the social media team meet to pre-plan our work. Timing of the meeting can change to suit all team members.
