Board Member

We are looking for trustees who have some of the following skills and are Dunedin based. It will be an unpaid role and ideally for a minimum of two years.

• Strategic and Governance Leadership

• Asset and business management skills with financial acumen

• Community Interests

• Legal background

• Lived experience of mental health

• Chairing meetings

• Minute taking


Previous experience on a board with a proven record is important.

Time commitment

To start in July and for at least 2 years. Our trust deed requires only 4 meetings per year. However we tend to meet every 2 months. Meetings should last only 1 hour on Tuesday Nights.
