As confidence grows extra tasks or projects of interest may be taken on, adding room bookings to the Teamup calendar, answering emails, assisting people with online applications etc.
It will be a very gentle transition but with the intention of giving the CCH team space to concentrate on funding applications, accounts, budgets and online meetings etc.
A member of staff will be there while the volunteer is at the front desk so they will always have back up and able to ask questions.

We are looking for personable, well presented volunteers who are happy using computers and carrying out basic administrative tasks as well as manning the phone. Volunteers should have great interpersonal skills, respect confidentiality, be reliable, non-judgemental and have good spoken and written English.
A few hours per day or week - whatever suits the volunteers current schedule for a flexible duration.
