We need retail assistants to work at one of our busy retail stores in Dunedin which raises money to go straight back into Presbyterian Support Otago.
You'll be pricing goods, helping with displays, stocking shelves, serving customers, keeping the shop clean and tidy. Or work in the shop warehouse, pricing and sorting incoming goods.
If you are enthusiastic, creative and love helping people find what they're looking for then we'd love to hear from you. This is a dynamic working environment where no two days are the same. You'll receive full training and will always be working with another person.
We hope volunteers will enjoy the role and gain experience working in a team, developing social skills, retail experience, and satisfaction contributing to the community and Presbyterian Support Otago.
Volunteers should be at least 16 years old, enthusiastic, hard-working, a great communicator and a team player. The role involves standing, so volunteers should be happy on their feet. Volunteers should have an interest in retail, shopping, fashion and people.
You'll receive full training in customer service and health and safety and will always be working with another person.
Various shifts available Monday - Saturday.
