Minutes Secretary

Myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) is a disabling and complex illness. People with ME/CFS are often not able to do their usual activities. At times, ME/CFS may confine them to bed. People with ME/CFS have overwhelming fatigue that is not improved by rest.

MEISS is looking for someone to support the community with minutes taking of their committee. The Meetings are about an hour on the 3rd Wednesday evening of the month via Zoom online.
Minutes are required to be taken and typed up and sent to the coordinator every month.


  • Access to your own computer to type up notes.
  • Ability to attend Zoom meetings.
  • Basic skills in minute taking and typing.
  • Basic computer skills to be able to attach minutes and send.

Time commitment

3 hours a month.
