Working Hours



Through their professionally trained clinicians, Central Lakes Family Services are committed to working with the community, primary health, local government and NGO service providers to optimise and ensure positive outcomes for children, adolescents and their families/whanau are achieved.

Join them for the Spring Gala event this September! A afternoon to encourage connection with fellow community members, a chance to enjoy a finger food lunch and dance or be entertained.

Roles for the event include:

  • Musicians - playing your instrument to the attendees
  • Entertainment - dancing
  • 1:1 support - helping people attending who have dementia
  • Helping with decorations, set up and/or pack down
  • Photographing the event

Volunteers involved with gain a sense of satisfaction in contributing to a wonderful community event and enabling people to feel further connected to where they live.


Volunteers who are happy, supportive and caring are encouraged to help bring this event alive.
Anyone who is musically talented or can dance is very welcome.

Time commitment

Date TBC once we are in level 1 - times will be from 12.00pm - 3.00pm (set up and pack down before and after these hours)
