ParaFed Otago is the leading sport and recreation organisation in the Otago region for those with a physical disability. We offer quality sport and recreation services, facilities and equipment for people with physical disabilities (including visual impairments). Our office is based at Sport Otago and we work with a variety of individuals, families, clubs, schools and organisations throughout the Otago region.

Committee Member tasks would include supporting the overall governance of ParaFed Otago, provide insights and direction of ParaFed Otago for the future and passion for adaptive and Para sport, whether you have experience or not.

The committee welcomes fresh faces with brand new ideas and will support anyone new coming through!

Requirements

Previous experience not required, positive attitude and energy

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment

Monthly board meetings, usually up to 1 hour
