Our Public Planting Day is taking place on Sunday the 25th of September 2022! We have a variety of tasks at our planting days from digging to planting, or folding cardboard guards, there is something for all interests and abilities. So far this year we have planted 7,000 native seedlings with the help of volunteers. Volunteers have gained memorable experiences and connections with the landscape while helping the environment to thrive.

Requirements

Please bring warm clothes and a drink. Sausage sizzle, tea, coffee will be provided. Please RSVP to guarantee a sausage. Spades, gardening gloves and mallets are also available. Low fitness is required and all ages welcome.

Time commitment

As much time as you can spare between 10am – 3pm.
Location: Head to Long Beach, turn right onto Beach Road and drive to the end of the street. Let me know if you can provide car pooling and from where.
