Social Media Guru

Do you enjoy social media? This volunteer role is for you! We are searching for a volunteer who can help us manage our Facebook account, and help us expand into other social media networks to engage with the wider community. One of our core values at South Dunedin Community Network is community connection; this role will help us to connect with different sectors in our community and spread the word about all things South Dunedin!
This would suit a marketing student or someone with similar knowledge who is looking to gain some work experience.

Requirements

You will need to have accounts on different social media accounts, an internet connection/data and your own device to use for the work.
Given that you will have access to our account inboxes, you will need to undergo a police check.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment

Approximately 2 to 5 hours per week, but this is not fixed. The work can be done remotely, but we would love to meet with you kanohi ki te kanohi on a monthly basis to keep in touch.
