Whānau Āwhina Plunket is a charity and Aotearoa’s largest support service for the health and wellbeing of tamariki under-five and their whānau. Everything we do is to support Kiwi whānau and their tamariki to thrive including nurse visits, advice, parent groups and education course, playgroups, and community activities.
Upper Clutha Plunket have been asked to provide a family friendly space for Wheels at Wanaka over Easter weekend, and would love some volunteers to help both during the event and for set up and pack down. The gazebo will have high chairs, toys, changing station, breastfeeding chairs/pillows, and a portaloo. They will also have water and $5 packed lunches for kids, as well as lost child wristbands available for gold coin donation.

Any funds raised at the event are directly fed back into the organisation, enabling services to continue within the community. You will be given a quick training when you arrive. Parents volunteers are welcome to bring their own children along as well.
