Kia ora, anyeonghasayo and hello.
My name is Zac Kim and I am privileged to support the mahi of volunteer south as a trustee.
Previously I have been on the board of a camp in Auckland for children and young people.
I am also the chairperson/ Pastor of a local Christian church here in Otepoti Dunedin.
Ever since I first volunteered at my churches youth program as a 16 year old I have been passionate about volunteering.
I know how much meaning, purpose, and value volunteering and being involved in the community has brought to my life and I believe the kaupapa of Volunteer South can help others have similar life changing experiences.
Aside from being an ordained Christian pastor I am also a Registered social worker and work full time from an NGO here in Dunedin where I provide therapeutic social work support for children aged 5 to 12.
I love calling Dunedin home where I live with my wife and baby boy.
