Volunteers at BCD can help by encouraging and supporting attendees to engage, listen, assist them with physical stretching, punching and other games which are played at classes.

Ability to be patient and listen to attendees.

Some understanding of physical and intellectual disabilities - but this is not essential.

We have education pamphlets on how to work with people with disabilities who attend the group.

Training involves coming along and seeing what it is about alongside volunteers already attending.
