Shaping our Future Charitable Trust

Shaping our Future Charitable Trust's purpose is to facilitate open conversations and collaborations which enable people in the Upper Clutha and Queenstown Lakes Districts to have their say on future decision making. They bring communities together at community forums and workshops so that local people can talk about local solutions to problems which affect our community, and produce a range of reports and recommendations which are shared with decision makers. They offer an independent, resident driven, 'no agenda' approach that supports our community to shape how our community develops and adapts to change. They make it easier for people to get involved with community visioning, by capturing the voices of our community and acting as a catalyst for the change the community wants.
