Patient Voice Aotearoa
Patient Voice Aotearoa is a nationwide advocacy group working to improve the health system in Aotearoa New Zealand by amplifying the voices of patients, whānau, and communities. They lead initiatives such as the Buller Declaration, New Zealand’s longest petition, launched in Westport after thousands marched for better healthcare. By collecting signatures and raising awareness, the organisation highlights the urgent need for change and ensures that community voices are heard in healthcare decision-making.
