Alison Maynard

Deputy Treasurer - Dunedin

Alison grew up in Wellington and worked for an accountancy firm for many years, before coming Dunedin in 2004 and continuing to work in finance. Alison has has always worked with figures and when she retired, she wanted to do some volunteering to give back and keep her brain engaged.

Alision has been deputy treasurer since 2017 and supports Volunteer South with all things financial. She is a highly valued member of the team who regularly joins our team meetings and regional zooms with updates of her beloved rescue cat Gypsy; who is too timid to make an appearance - but the team remains hopeful that one day we'll glimpse a peek of her!
