Ella Stevens

Regional Administrator

Ella was born in Invercargill and has spent the majority of her life in Southland. She stepped into volunteering during high school, teaching children’s drama classes at the Invercargill Repertory Theatre and helping out at the ILT Kidzone Festival.

In December 2023, she moved to Dunedin for a much needed change of scenery, and joined us in May 2024. A lover of admin, problem solving and process improvement, Ella is an integral part of the Volunteer South team.

When she is not at the office, Ella is working on her Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing and English. She is a self-taught crochet enthusiast and has an ever-growing collection of house plants. On the weekends you can find her down at the second-hand shops, or having a coffee at home on the couch.
