Wao Aotearoa
Wao is a Wanaka-based collective dedicated to a regenerative future. They aim to accelerate the transition towards healthy, thriving, diverse, low-emission communities. Wao organises events such as the yearly Wao Summit, Wao Film Festival, Wanaka Green Drinks, Wanaka Autumn Harvest Long Lunch, Biketober, UN Youth Summit, etc. to engage the community in meeting their objectives.

Wao Film Festival will be a four day event showing over 18 films and short documentaries based around sustainability, food resilience, climate action and many others. Help with various front of house duties and connect with like-minded community members!
