The programme will be established with the help of other members of Bus Go as a joint effort bringing together lots of ideas for how it should be run. The Bus Buddy programme manager's role will be to make sure the programme continues to run smoothly. The manager will be supported until this happens, which will then allow other members of Bus Go to continue with their other projects.

Police vetting and interviews are required

Organisation is hoping to negotiate free bus travel for our volunteers while working, or otherwise refund volunteers for bus travel with external funding or donations.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment

A good deal of time at the start to get the programme going then a few hours a week.
