We are looking for people who have time, energy and enthusiasm for the work of the trust and any of the varied aspects of the trust's work.
Each new trustee is provided with an information pack and is mentored by one of the existing trustees. We welcome young people keen to develop their experience of community work.
Aspects of the trusts work in which trustees should have interest or experience may include those such as fresh water/wetlands ecology, funding procurement, finances, law, marketing, secretarial administration.
Volunteers will be interviewed and the contact details of 2 referees will be required.
Meetings are held at the Ngai Tahu Law Centre - corner of Stuart and Smith streets Dunedin. Te Nohoaka o Tukiauau / Sinclair Wetlands are located 50km south of Dunedin.
