Social engagement and meaningful activity are essential to a healthy, happy life, no matter what your age. Club Enliven is a vibrant day programme for individuals aged 65 and over, offering a variety of social activities such as baking, crafts, gentle exercise, music, indoor games, guest entertainers, and outings. Each session includes morning and afternoon tea, as well as a two-course lunch.

Club Enliven takes place three times a week. 9:45am – 3:30pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Fridays. They are looking for volunteers for the Wednesday session, volunteers can assist for a whole session or part day 9:45am – 12:45pm OR 12:30pm – 3:30pm.
