The 3 Steps for Life programme has been designed to have a major impact on the health of New Zealand communities, helping people gain the confidence and awareness to take action when someone is experiencing a cardiac arrest.

No prior experience is required, however, there are certain things that are needed to be successful in this role:
A Police background check is required for this role.
This is a flexible volunteer role that can fit easily into your life and around other commitments. You will deliver a minimum of 6 sessions over a 12 month period - though delivering more is very welcome!
Due to the nature of these roles, Hato Hone St John is only able to consider volunteers who can commit for a minimum of 12 months. In return, the role offers the opportunity to:
