MS Otago offers support, information, advocacy and education to people affected by MS, and related conditions across the Otago region. To support this work the fundraising committee organises events and fundraisers to raise much needed funds to support this service.

As an integral part of the fundraising team you will be using your photography and/or videography skills to come and take shots of our events and fundraisers.
These shots will then be used on our website, social media accounts and in future advertisements of these events.
They run events 4-5 times per year, usually on the weekends or in the evenings.
The events for 2025 are already set and our fundraising and events calendar will be shared with the successful applicant.

The successful candidate will have permission to use the photos/videos taken for their own portfolio.

Requirements

This role requires someone with photography/videography skills and equipment.

Time commitment

3-4 events (generally in the Dunedin/Mosgiel area) per year.
Most of these events run for 2-3 hours.

The main fundraiser for the year is a weekend event in early November. This events runs for approximately 5 hours, although you would not need to be available for the entire time.

Our fundraising and events calendar will be shared with the successful applicant, the calendar is complied towards the end of each year so if you choose to keep snapping photos for them, you would be made aware of any events well ahead of time.
