Central Otago Wilding Conifer Control Group
The Central Otago Wilding Conifer Control Group was established in response to public concern about the spread of wilding conifers in the district. The environmental groups principle concerns are around the severe adverse effects of wilding conifers on landscape, grazing, water yield, nature conservation and increased fire risk.
