To provide free reading, writing and spelling lessons online to mainly rural and isolated youth and adults who can't access a Literacy Centre in the towns or cities, but they can help anyone anywhere around New Zealand who wishes to have one on one coaching.

Roles Available:
Face to Face Literacy Coach
Are you passionate about literacy and making a positive impact in your community? Provide face to face coaching for an adult student who needs help with their reading, writing and spelling. No experience necessary as training and support is provided.
Phone Call Superstar (NZ-Based role)
Do you enjoy chatting with people? RYALT need people like you to make phone calls to various organisations promoting our services. You can also try other tasks and special projects that come along from time to time, that are exciting and a bit different!
Interview Expert (Virtual role)
If you enjoy chatting with people and being on the phone is second nature to you, do your part in supporting rural literacy by screening volunteer tutors!
Community Ambassador
Help spread the word about RYALT's support services in your local community. If you enjoy networking and connecting with the community in a meaningful way, this may be the role for you!
