Insight Endometriosis believes that everyone deserves access to accurate information and support when dealing with endometriosis. They empower the endometriosis community by providing information, education, and support, as well as raising awareness to reduce diagnostic delays. They believe that people with endometriosis can be empowered to make decisions for themselves regarding their health and journey.

Health Professionals List Administrator
To create and maintain a list of health professionals in the regional area that you reside in, that will enable Insight Endometriosis to email or post relevant communications when needed.

As a Health Professionals List Administrator you will be:

  • Helping Insight Endometriosis to provide an up-to-date list of community health professionals for contact
  • Provided with an Excel spreadsheet that requires populating with the names, emails, physical addresses of Health Professionals
    (GPs, Gynaecologists, and Allied Health Professionals in the regional area that you reside in)
  • Maintain and update the Spreadsheet 2-3 times a year to ensure the information is still accurate
  • This list will enable IE to communicate with Health Professionals and send them information about endometriosis services and research projects

Training provided:

  • You will be provided with a basic orientation to familiarise yourself with Insight Endometriosis' services, operations and mission

Requirements

Their ideal person will also have the following knowledge, skills and personal qualities:

  • Someone who has experience using Excel
  • Someone with their own computer and internet access (essential)
  • A clear communicator with the a good phone manner to contact health professionals
  • Strong communication written and verbal communications skills
  • Someone who is Self-Motivated
  • Effective time management skills - ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

Time commitment

  • Ideally the spreadsheet will be completed within 4 weeks of accepting this role
  • Maintain and update this spreadsheet 2-3 times a year
