Insight Endometriosis supports people with suspected or diagnosed endometriosis, along with their whānau and communities, across Aotearoa New Zealand. Through support meetings, education, and public awareness initiatives, they empower individuals affected by endometriosis and promote greater understanding of the condition nationwide.

The Website Content Administrator ensures that the Insight Endometriosis website is accessible, accurate and up to date by:

  • reviewing our website content for spelling/grammar/design layout,
  • identifying and making any changes required
  • uploading images and documents
  • inputting hyperlinks where required

Requirements

  • Proficiency in one or more website building platforms; Wix is preferred
  • Using Canva and working on Monday.com or similar CRM a preference
  • Ability to review, edit and publish various content formats
  • Knowledge of content publishing processes
  • Experience in SEO copywriting is preferred
  • Tech savvy and confident in learning Wix, Monday.Com and Canva
  • Understanding of website design and administration
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good comprehension skills
  • Strong sense of English grammar
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to work with minimal supervision as well as in partnership with a team
  • High personal and professional standards

Time commitment

  • 1-3 hours a week depending on the content required to be uploaded, with hours to fit in with personal commitments.
