The Translations Website Administrator ensures the website is accessible, accurate, and up to date by: using Canva to translate the content of the Info Hub webpage, creating new templated Info Hub webpages in different languages on Wix, and uploading translated content to the relevant language webpages.
Requirements
- Experience and proficiency in one or more website building platforms; Wix is preferred.
- Experience using Canva and working with Monday.com or similar CRM is a preference.
- Knowledge of content publishing processes.
- Tech-savvy and confident in learning Wix, Monday.com, and Canva.
- Strong attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
*Good comprehension skills.
- Strong sense of English grammar.
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and effective time management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines with high personal and professional standards..
- Able to work with minimal supervision as well as in partnership with a team.
Time commitment
1-3 hours per language, with 2-3 languages to be worked on per month
