Notion Resource Editor (Home based role)

Rural Youth and Adult Literacy Trust (RYALT) have moved all their volunteer resources online into a Notion platform linked to their website, and they need your help to refine it.

Your tasks will include: -

• Uploading new resources from our shared folder (may need to change .docx to .pdf)
• Removing any resources that no longer open.
• Enhancing the Notion’s layout to make it visually appealing and easy to navigate (creating previews). Categories have already been added during the upload process, but RYALT want to ensure the structure is logical and resources are easy to find.
• Adding a guideline so future volunteers can do what you do.

Requirements

Reasonably computer literate and/or previous experience with Notion advantageous

Time commitment

There is about 10 hours of work to be done, how you spread that out is up to you.
Then if you want to stay on and help maintain it, they can discuss this.
