Community Outreach Volunteers for Summer Stalls
Engage the community at Summer on the Lake outreach stalls, encouraging lake users to enjoy Lakes Wanaka and Hawea responsibly and complete their summer survey.
Citizen Scientists: Stream Assessment Monitoring
Join in on Wai Wānaka’s stream assessment events and get to know the health of your waters! All collected data will be used for stream quality monitoring.
Native Planting & Maintenance Working Bees
Play your part in helping keep Wānaka native and sustainable! Join WAI Wānaka’s working bee for native tree planting and maintenance with local restoration groups.
Monthly Waterfront Clean-Up: Wānaka
Spend an hour with WAI Wānaka for a monthly lakefront clean-up! Help collect, and sort rubbish, or even help with data entry!
