Give your time by reading specially designed books or providing support at a relaxed reading group 'Tea and Tales' at the Library for people who need memory support.
Bring your smile and listening skills to support an afternoon programme for rest home residents or aged-care folk in the community to promote engagement in meaningful activities.
Bring joy and a cheerful presence to an aged-care rest home resident or member of the community who may have fading memories. Your visit can make their day and help them feel heard and valued.
